During this stage, we establish and agree on the Statement of Works for the project and the timeline for delivery. This part of the process facilitates the setting and managing of expectations of all stakeholders, enabling us to have clarity over the outputs that we will jointly commit to. This is the first step towards the successful launch of your new website.

In order to gain all the information we need and get you thinking strategically about your new website, we start each project with a “deep dive”  into your business. We’ll explore how your business is structured, what are you looking to achieve and how the performance of your new website can help you achieve those goals.

These discussions take place as part of a discovery meeting where we will ask all of the questions above and many, many more.

The next step is to define your SEO approach. Our websites aren’t just beautiful, they are optimised and well-thought-out to ensure that you have best-practice foundations. Depending on your package agreement with us, the Define phase will either be completed by our dedicated Project Strategy team, or we’ll give you all the tools needed to complete this part within your own team.

Once you’re in the design phase, you’ll begin with an inspiration call with your dedicated designer. After receiving your brand guidelines and assets, our team get to work on the initial concepts in line with your goals and objectives. Once you’ve signed off the core pages, we move on to design internal pages and any additional agreed pages as per the site map.

In the develop phase, our developers bring your designs to life, integrating your pages in the Vennture CMS. Our team creates your site modularly, allowing you to edit content, images, and entire page layouts post go live. At this point, our back-end developers integrate with any agreed 3rd parties, including your CRM and ATS. We’ll give you training at this point, allowing you to add in your content and imagery and get to grips with your platform.

Now you’ve got hands-on with your website and the Vennture platform, it's time to populate. Population is the process of adding your content to the modules. Depending on your package, you’ll either have support from us, or we’ll ask you to complete this stage internally. Experience has shown that this phase has the potential to be time-consuming, and sometimes, customers underestimate the importance and gravity of the task.
